Q: Where is the dog beach?
A: It is located on County Road 865 between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach, just north of New Pass. Open dawn to dusk. There are rules and regulations posted.
   
Q: Where can I see Manatees?
A:
They can be seen (at various times of the year) at Manatee Park, at 10901 State Road 80 (1 ½ miles east of I-75 across the highway from FPL power plant.

How far is Fort Myers from the Beaches (Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel)?
A:
It is 13 miles from downtown Fort Myers to Fort Myers Beach.
It is 19 miles from downtown Fort Myers to the Sanibel Causeway.

Is there public transportation available?
A:
Yes, to some extent. Lee Tran busses have connection throughout the county. The Chamber has Lee Tran maps available at the Visitor’s Center.
   
Q:
How long does it take to get to Key West?
A:
It takes 3 ½ hours to reach Key West from Fort Myers Beach via Key West Express. It takes approximately 7 hours to reach Key West by car.
   
Q: Where can I find a list of reputable accommodations?
A:
